Pickle & Chill Cardio Pickleball

Join us for a heart-pumping 60-minute workout with Amy Bokker. All ages, all levels are welcome. After a 10-minute warm-up, participants will rotate through a variety of body-weight exercises integrated wtih pickleball play. The cardio portion will last 45 minutes. Class will conclude with a five minute cool-down and stretch.
